Meet the FounderĀ ā
Self-discovery is a never-ending journey. Our brains continue to grow and change throughout our lives, impacting how we view the world and ourselves. We all have seasons of growth in both life and business.Ā Have you gone through significant changes in your life recently?Ā
Ā
I am thirtyĀ five years old and I think my self-discovery journey has only grown more intense with every year. Every time I start to get comfortable with who I think I am, another layer is uncovered and another life event pushes me into the unknown.

I was homeschooled and then went to college. Iāve worked in jobs that pushed me to evolve. Iāve been divorced twice and am a first time mom. Iāve struggled with ADHD and physical health for most of my life. And through it all Iāve created a business I love and have this huge drive to teach and be of service.

I havenāt always been able to pursue my business dreams and when I did, I tended to push too hard in my excitement and fall flat in burn out before ever reaching my goals.

Lately? Iāve been feeling the self-discovery itch like mad. Iāve felt huge pushes of inspiration and big waves of fear. I feel the change happening in and around me and Iām SO here for it!

I feel like itās time. Time to dig deeper than I have previously been ready to do. And itās time to take my business and my life to the next level. My mindsets, beliefs, and values are growing. Iām evolving and so are you.

Iām diving into the concept of approaching my business as if it were self-care and I invite you to do the same.

My social media posts are often self-reflections and invitations for others to join me in that self-reflection.Ā

Iāve started a blog as a way to research things that are jumping out at me as important topics and Iām posting to share that research with you, in the hopes that you get as much out of it as I do.
