Life and Business Embodiment Session
What actually happens in an Embodiment Session?
I've been trying to figure out how to answer that question.
And honestly... I don't think I can.
Not because I don't know what happens.
But because every single session is different.
I don't have a script.
I don't have a workbook.
I don't have a framework that says, "First we do this, then we do this."
If you've worked with coaches before, you may be used to someone leading you through a process they've already planned.
That's just... not how I work.
Instead, before we ever meet, I spend time in prayer.
I get quiet.
I ground myself.
I intentionally clear my own thoughts and emotions as much as I can so that when we come together, I'm not just showing up with my human brain.
I'm showing up with my whole self.
Then we begin.
And we simply see where Creator leads us.
What does that actually look like?
Honestly... it can look like a lot of different things.
Sometimes we're talking through a business decision.
Sometimes we're exploring a relationship.
Sometimes we're uncovering an old identity that has quietly been trying to keep you safe, even though it no longer fits who you're becoming.
Sometimes I receive words.
Sometimes images.
Sometimes I simply know something that I couldn't have logically known.
Sometimes I feel something in my own body that helps me recognize what your body has been trying to communicate.
Sometimes we're praying.
Sometimes we're doing energy work or clearing.
Sometimes we're building a launch strategy or reorganizing your business.
And sometimes all of those things happen in the same session.
I don't decide ahead of time what you need.
We follow what unfolds together.
One thing I've learned...
I don't think Creator has stopped speaking.
I think we've just gotten really good at talking over Him.
We've learned to override our intuition.
Override our bodies.
Override our own knowing.
Override the quiet nudges because they don't always make logical sense.
And then we wonder why we feel disconnected from ourselves.
What I love most is creating space where you don't have to override anymore.
A space where you can slow down long enough to notice what has been true all along.
Not because I'm telling you what's true.
Because you're finally able to hear it for yourself.
My role isn't to tell you who you are.
I don't have all the answers for your life.
I don't believe it's my job to make your decisions for you.
I'm not here to replace your relationship with Creator.
Or your own inner knowing.
What I do is listen.
I pay attention.
I notice patterns.
I discern.
I ask questions.
I reflect back what I'm seeing, sensing, and receiving.
And then together, we get curious.
Because I've found that when truth is gently brought into the light, something shifts.
Not because someone handed you a powerful message.
But because something inside you recognizes it as true.
And once you recognize it...
You get to decide how you want to live.
That's embodiment.
Business is welcome here.
So is everything else.
I don't separate business from life anymore.
Because I don't think they actually are separate.
Your business is an expression of who you are.
The way you lead.
The way you make decisions.
The fears you carry.
The places where you trust.
The places where you don't.
It all shows up.
Sometimes we spend the entire session talking about an offer.
Sometimes we never talk about business at all.
Both are equally valuable if that's where we're being led.
How I hope you leave...
More than anything...
I hope you leave trusting yourself more than when you arrived.
Not because you trust me.
Because you've remembered how to trust the way Creator is speaking to you.
I hope you leave feeling seen.
Accepted.
Empowered.
Brave enough to say yes when it's time to say yes.
Brave enough to say no when it's time to say no.
And free enough to stop living from old versions of yourself that are no longer keeping you safe.
You don't need to become someone else.
You don't need to earn your way into the life you're meant to live.
You simply need a safe place to remember what has been true all along...
...and the courage to begin living from that place.
If that resonates with you...
I'd be honored to hold that space with you.
Amanda Wyatt is the founder of Seasons of Growth and an intuitive guide who helps people explore the places where life, business, identity, spirituality, and creativity meet. She has a natural ability to notice patterns, sense when something feels out of alignment, and bring what is happening beneath the surface into the light. Her work blends intuitive and energetic discernment with practical strategy—not to tell people who they are or what they should do, but to help them hear and trust the truth they already carry within themselves.
Before stepping more fully into this work, Amanda spent nearly a decade supporting businesses through administration, systems, strategy, project management, and online business operations. She now brings all of those pieces together, creating space for the intuitive and spiritual to lead while helping give new ideas, identities, and possibilities a practical shape. She believes intuition should guide the way, and structure should be created to support what is true—not contain it.
