These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seasons of Growth website and your purchase or use of any services, sessions, programs, memberships, digital products, resources, or other offerings provided through it.

“Seasons of Growth,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amanda Wyatt.

By using this website or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our offerings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase our offerings.

By using the website or making a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

Our Offerings

Seasons of Growth may provide offerings related to:

• Personal, spiritual, and embodied development

• Life and business embodiment sessions

• Intuitive guidance and energetic reflection

• Business consulting, planning, and development

• Co-working and implementation support

• Online business management and team support

• Digital resources, courses, workshops, memberships, or communities

• Other related services and experiences

The details, format, duration, included materials, price, and availability of each offering will be described on its sales page, checkout page, proposal, or service agreement.

We may update, replace, postpone, or discontinue an offering when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid offering without providing a reasonable alternative, we will issue an appropriate refund for the portion we did not provide.

Separate Offer and Client Agreements

Some services may include additional terms presented on a sales page, checkout page, proposal, order form, or signed client agreement.

Those additional terms are part of your agreement with us. If they conflict with these general Terms of Service, the more specific terms for the offering will control.

Personal and Spiritual Development Disclaimer

Our personal, embodiment, intuitive, energetic, and spiritual-development offerings are intended to support reflection, self-awareness, personal growth, discernment, and aligned decision-making.

They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.

Nothing shared through Seasons of Growth should be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, guarantee, or replacement for care from an appropriately qualified professional.

You are responsible for deciding how to interpret and apply anything discussed or received through our work. If you have concerns involving your physical or mental health, safety, finances, or legal rights, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.

Intuitive and Spiritual Information

Intuitive, energetic, spiritual, astrological, numerological, Human Design, Gene Keys, or similar information may be included as a reflective or supportive layer in some offerings.

These systems are not presented as scientifically proven methods, objective predictions, or guarantees of a particular outcome. Any interpretation is offered as a perspective for your consideration.

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, relationships, health, finances, business decisions, and results.

Business Services Disclaimer

Business consulting, strategy, intuitive business development, management, and implementation support are intended to provide education, perspective, planning, organization, and practical assistance.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, audience growth, business performance, launch results, or any other particular outcome.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving business decisions

• Confirming the accuracy of information and materials

• Maintaining appropriate legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and financial support

• Ensuring that your business activities comply with applicable requirements

• Providing timely information, access, feedback, and approvals

• Making final decisions about your business

Unless a written agreement specifically states otherwise, Seasons of Growth does not act as your attorney, accountant, financial adviser, employee, partner, fiduciary, or authorized agent.

Client Responsibility and Results

Personal and business growth involve many factors outside our control. Results will vary from person to person.

We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, or business result.

By participating in an offering, you agree to take responsibility for:

• Your own choices and actions

• Your physical, emotional, and personal well-being

• Deciding what feels appropriate for you

• Communicating questions, concerns, or boundaries

• Seeking qualified professional support when needed

• Completing any work or implementation necessary to pursue your goals

You are always permitted to pause, decline, or question a suggested exercise or direction.

Purchases and Payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total purchase price or agreed payment plan.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.

You are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or required by law.

Payment Plans

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price. It is not a subscription that may be canceled merely because you no longer wish to participate.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges described at checkout. You remain responsible for the outstanding balance unless the specific terms of the offering state otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may:

• Retry the payment

• Ask you to provide a new payment method

• Pause appointments, services, account access, or deliverables

• Remove access to the offering

• Pursue the unpaid balance through lawful means

We will make a reasonable effort to notify you before suspending access because of a failed payment.

Refunds

Because our offerings may involve reserved time, personalized preparation, immediate access to materials, digital content, or team capacity, purchases are nonrefundable unless:

• A different refund policy is stated on the applicable sales or checkout page

• A written client agreement provides otherwise

• We cancel an offering without providing the purchased service or a reasonable alternative

• A refund is required by applicable law

Choosing not to attend, participate, complete, or use an offering does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Please review the description and purchase terms carefully before enrolling.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointment policies may vary by offering and will be stated on the applicable sales page, scheduling page, confirmation email, or client agreement.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and using the scheduling information provided.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and unused sessions may be forfeited when stated in the terms of the offering. We are not required to extend an offering or replace an expired or forfeited session.

If we need to reschedule a session, we will make a reasonable effort to offer another suitable time.

Digital Products and Account Access

When you purchase a digital product, course, membership, or online program, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use it for your own purposes.

You may not:

• Share your login information

• Allow another person to access an offering through your account

• Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, or distribute the materials

• Upload the materials to another platform or artificial-intelligence system

• Modify the materials and represent them as your own

• Use the materials to create a competing product or service

• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

“Lifetime access,” if offered, means access for as long as Seasons of Growth continues to maintain and offer that product through its current or a reasonably comparable platform. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee permanent operation of any third-party platform.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including written materials, recordings, videos, graphics, exercises, frameworks, downloads, course materials, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Seasons of Growth and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing an offering does not transfer ownership of its content or materials to you.

You may download or print materials when we make that option available, but only for your personal use unless we give you written permission for another use.

Client Materials

You retain ownership of original materials you provide to us.

You give Seasons of Growth and the team members or contractors supporting your project permission to access, copy, edit, store, and otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to provide and authorize our use of those materials.

Unless separately agreed in writing, project files, drafts, source files, templates, internal processes, and preexisting Seasons of Growth materials remain the property of their original owner. Ownership and permitted use of final client deliverables may be further defined in a proposal or client agreement.

Confidentiality and Privacy During Services

We treat personal and business information shared during private services with care. We will not knowingly disclose it outside our team and service providers except when:

• Disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide the service

• You give permission

• The information is already publicly available

• We are required to disclose it by law

• We reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address an immediate risk of serious harm

• Disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group programs, memberships, workshops, or community spaces because other participants are outside our control.

When participating in a group experience, you agree to respect the privacy of others and not share their personal stories, identifying information, screenshots, recordings, or contributions without permission.

Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Session Recordings

A private session will not knowingly be recorded by Seasons of Growth without notice or permission, except where a separate agreement expressly provides for recording.

You may not record, reproduce, publish, or distribute a private or group session without advance permission from Seasons of Growth and, where applicable, the other participants.

Testimonials and Client Experiences

We will obtain permission before publicly using an identifiable testimonial, client story, photograph, recording, or similar endorsement you provide.

Testimonials describe individual experiences. They do not promise that another person will receive the same results.

Community Conduct

When participating in a community, group program, live event, or interactive area, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, shame, or discriminate against another person

• Share another participant’s private information or content

• Promote or solicit unrelated products or services without permission

• Upload harmful code, spam, or unlawful material

• Impersonate another person

• Disrupt the experience or prevent others from participating

• Use the space for unlawful, abusive, or exploitative purposes

We may remove content or restrict participation when we reasonably believe these standards have been violated.

Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use this website or our offerings to:

• Violate a law or another person’s rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or information

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation

• Introduce malicious code

• Scrape, copy, or collect content or user information without permission

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Seasons of Growth

• Use our content to train or develop an artificial-intelligence model without written permission

Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our website and offerings may rely on third-party services such as Kajabi, payment processors, scheduling platforms, email providers, video-conferencing services, social-media platforms, and analytics providers.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of third-party platforms.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any website, account, recording, digital product, or live session when access depends on technology outside our control.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an offering when a participant:

• Fails to make a required payment

• Materially violates these Terms or an offering-specific agreement

• Misuses our content or platforms

• Threatens, harasses, or harms another person

• Creates a significant safety, privacy, legal, or operational concern

When reasonably possible, we will communicate the concern before terminating access. Serious conduct may result in immediate removal.

Termination for a participant’s violation does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel an outstanding payment obligation.

You may stop using the website or discontinue voluntary participation at any time, subject to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms of your purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and our offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website or an offering will always be available or error-free

• All information will be complete, current, or suitable for every person

• A particular opportunity, strategy, interpretation, or recommendation will produce a specific result

• Digital systems or communications will be completely secure

• Every offering will remain available indefinitely

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasons of Growth and its owners, directors, team members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the website or an offering.

This includes loss of income, profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular offering will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Seasons of Growth for that offering during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Seasons of Growth for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses resulting from:

• Your unlawful use of the website or an offering

• Content or materials you provide without the necessary rights

• Your material violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of another person’s rights

This section does not require you to indemnify Seasons of Growth for its own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or intentional wrongdoing.

Governing Law and Disputes

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable sales or checkout page, and any proposal, order form, or signed client agreement constitute the agreement governing your use or purchase.

They replace prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject, except for terms contained in a later written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
